This website is operated by MixServ, registered in the Netherlands with KvK-nummer: 98321919. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Fulfillment Our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand). Production (fulfillment) typically takes 1 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, this may take longer. Because these items are custom-made for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Payments & Pricing All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via credit card or PayPal. The contract is finalized once payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping & Liability We fulfill orders through international partners (Print-on-Demand). Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. MixServ is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the order.

4. Privacy Your data is used solely for order fulfillment and shipping. We comply with GDPR regulations and do not sell your personal information to third parties.​​​

5. Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website.
