SHIPPING POLICY

Every t-shirt is custom-printed just for you.
This means we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or choose the wrong size.

1. Damaged or Misprinted Items If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, we take full responsibility.

Contact us: Email contact@depurtat.nl within 14 days of delivery.

Proof: Attach clear photos of the defect and your order number.

Solution: We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund within 14 days.​

2. Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and send a replacement if the loss is confirmed.

3. Wrong Address If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
​
4. By placing your order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that since every item is custom-printed specifically for you (Print on Demand), you waive your right of withdrawal once the production process begins. Therefore, these items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

1. Shipping Costs

We charge a Flat Rate of €5.00 for shipping on all orders.

This fee is added at checkout and covers secure packaging and delivery to your address.
2. Production Time (Fulfillment)

Every product is custom-printed for you (Print-on-Demand).

It takes 2–5 business days to create your item before it is shipped.
3. Delivery Estimates (After Fulfillment)

Europe: 3–8 business days.

USA & Canada: 5–11 business days.

International: 10–20 business days.
4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.
5. Customs and Duties

For orders outside the European Union, you may be responsible for additional customs fees or import duties.
